Horrible customer service!! First she attends a customer who came after me even though the customer asked her to attend me first, than only take take cash but don’t have the change even for $50 and the flowers I wanted to buy was dripping water and I asked for the plastic bag and she did not even have it. On the top of everything she abused me and asked me to leave 3 times in less than 5 mins. Please never go there!! She is a rude and arrogant lady with no respect for customers😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Bait and switch! Ordered a flower arrangement DELUXE a couple of days before Mother’s Day and had it scheduled to be delivered on Mother’s Day. Got a call a day before to tell me that they’ll be substituting SOME flowers but got a totally different arrangement! And I was told they’ll send a photo first before delivering but they never did! And they sent it a day early which ruined the plan of our other gift for my mom! Sent an email, tried calling multiple times but they won’t answer any more. Spent almost $100 for this delivery but my mom got a subpar flower arrangement. Don’t even bother with this flower shop! They’re terrible!! Filing a dispute with my bank since they won’t even bother talking to me to resolve this
